The SunTerra neighborhood is perfect for those seeking single-family homes. The community's homes were mostly developed around 2007 and 2008 currently rate in the $300,000 – $400,000 range. Buyers and Sellers at SunTerra enjoy priority treatment from Junie Exama and her real estate team who are know as the SunTerra Real Estate Experts. The Tricoli team of Liz,Chase, and josh did a great job in every aspect of the selling of my home.They set the right price and presented my home for sale in a very positive way.
